Meet the Norlift Team!
- Julian Blair, Customer Service Specialist
I started at Norlift in 2018 but have been in the tire game for over a decade.
I often find myself wearing a lot of different hats here at Norlift and I enjoy every second of it. When I am not installing tires/tracks, I help the parts department with calls and deliveries. I have recently taken on the management of our fleet of vehicles, making sure they are on track for maintenance and safety checks. And lastly, I am our JCB customer service specialist making sure our heavy equipment customers are happy and their machines are running smoothly.
Outside of work, I like to stay busy with projects in and outside the house. I am married to my wonderful wife and we just welcomed our first baby girl in 2023.
- Adam Brown, Assistant Manager
My name is Adam Brown and I have been working for Norlift since 2017, I have spent that time as an inside salesman for warehouse products, helping our customers find the best new and used solutions for their warehouse needs. Prior to working at Norlift, I was a Sales and Service associate for Les Schwab Tire Center. The warehouse world is huge and ever changing but I have loved every minute of my 4 years in this industry. In my time away from work I enjoy spending time with my wife, Paige, our corgi, Gary, working on cars, golfing and fishing.
- Paige Brown, Sales Coordinator
After spending more than 14 years in the escrow industry, I was lucky enough to be welcomed onto the Norlift team as a Sales Coordinator for both equipment and warehouse products in June 2021. The material handling industry is incredible and fascinating to me and I have had a great time learning and growing in my role. I was born and raised in the Spokane area and graduated from Whitworth University where I played on the women’s tennis team. Away from work the majority of my time is spent reading (BIG Harry Potter fan here) or riding my horse, Joe. You might also find me lounging in the sun with my dog Gary or driving the cart on the golf course while cheering on my husband, Adam.
- Andrew Davidson, Warehouseman/Painter
My Name is Andrew Davidson and I have been working here at Norlift since 2019. I started in the warehouse department but have recently switched over to the paint booth where I spend most days painting forklifts. The work environment is great with new challenges every day. My hobbies are music, reading, writing, hiking and the occasional backpacking trip, ping pong, and church.
- Gharrett Dursma, Parts Specialist
My name is Gharrett Dursma and I have been with Norlift since 2014. I started out in the warehouse pulling orders of shelving for the warehouse products dept and did that job for almost 3 years. I then had an opportunity to change departments and have been working in the parts department ever since. I have learned a lot from the more experienced parts people on my team, and we are always there to support and help both each other as well as the customer. I have a beautiful wife, and two wonderful sons who I love with all my heart. I am quite the nerd, especially when it comes to Star Wars. I love being outdoors going camping, hiking, backpacking as well as being ready to get together and socialize or play a game with my wife and friends.
- Chris Eckersley, Parts Specialist
I've been with Norlift for 31+ years. I started in the warehouse learning the products and services we offer, and then moved into the parts department where over the last 27 years or so I have been constantly learning new things and building my career. My hobbies include writing and computer programming, which have mostly been inspired by the work I do. I count myself very fortunate to work with so many wonderful people and to have forged many friendships over the years.
- Giles Fish, Montana Road Technician
After 20 years as a diesel mechanic and retiring from the USAF in 2017, Norlift scooped me up as a technician for the company operating remotely in Helena, Montana. I’ve now been with Norlift over 4 years. I enjoy all Montana has to offer, rodeos, boating, summer fairs, hunting, fishing, and camping. Most of all, I enjoy that time spent with family. Norlift is a great company to work for and it truly feels like a family, even while working remotely.
- Kathleen Hanson, Caster Specialist
I have been with Norlift for 11 years. I started part-time in shipping/receiving, moved to parts administration and helped with caster sales. Currently I manage the warranty and part returns process with all vendors, along with leading the caster department, and assisting with Fleet management accounting. I am a Gonzaga alumni, have been married 27 years and have 3 grown children, and enjoy camping with family and friends.
- Nate Jarvis, General Manager
I have been with Norlift for 8 years in outside sales and sales management. I love being part of the Norlift team. We have a singular vision for helping others and bringing best practices and valuable solutions to their businesses. Our industry often works behind the scenes, but we have a lot of fun and there is always something new to learn. My wife and daughters make my world go around. We usually find ourselves doing house projects or working on a car in the garage. We also love being outside hiking, camping, and fishing whenever possible. I have the unique privilege of enjoying what I do and where I live.
- Seth Jarvis, Warehouseman
I started working here in the summer of 2019 as the shipping and receiving guy. This last summer I started working in the warehouse. It has been a great experience for me. I love the hands-on work. In my free time I enjoy playing basketball and fishing.
- Ed Kuchynka, Aftermarket Manager
My career at Norlift started 34 years ago as a warehouseman. After 6 months I moved from that position into the parts department, eventually becoming the parts manager. Currently, I am the Parts and Service Manager and take great pride in being a team builder and my goal is to accomplish that in each department I have managed by the time I retire. My time here at Norlift has had many ups and very few downs. The Jarvis family has been very good to me, and I will forever be grateful for them. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my beautiful bride of 35 years, our 3 grown children and their spouses, and my 8!! gorgeous granddaughters. I am a blessed man!
- Suzanne Kuchynka, Fleet Administrator
I’ve been with Norlift on and off for the last several years, after lots of experience in banking and customer service. I tried to retire early, but Norlift keeps calling me back. I help process invoices, administrate fleet billing and tackle other projects that find their way to my desk. My husband and I live on 5 acres in the secluded woods with our dog Jasmine, where we love to build bonfires and entertain our family and friends. I love home projects including keeping the woodshed full. I love to read and I also do some writing. When we do retire for good, we will miss all the great relationships we’ve built over the years with our close knit Norlift family.
- Kameron Lagrou, Shop Foreman
My name is Kameron and I have been with Norlift since the start of 2021. I began as the service writer and parts associate for the service and parts department. I recently had the opportunity to become Norlift's newest shop foreman. I have enjoyed my time here at Norlift learning the material handling industry and helping Norlift customers with their needs. Before Norlift, I was a sales and service associate for Les Schwab Tires for 20 years. In my off time, I enjoy spending time with my family and tinkering around with automobiles and the never-ending home projects.
- Cheyenne Marchand, Marketing Specialist
I began my marketing career in January 2021 when I joined the Norlift family. Prior to that, I was a full-time student-athlete at Whitworth University where I competed for the women’s golf team (and shot my PR, 72). I have always had a slight understanding of this industry as my dad has been a technician with Norlift since 2013 but I had no idea how much more there was to learn! As the marketing specialist, I need to understand each branch of the company and it has been an absolute pleasure being able to learn from everyone in the office. I have grown with the position from part-time to full-time employee and am loving every minute of it!
In my free time, I enjoy relaxing at home with my cats, Nala and Peaches, and creating/drawing. If it’s sunny and 80-plus degrees, you can find me at any of the local Spokane golf courses!
- Aaron Marsden, Construction Equipment Salesman
Hi there, I'm Aaron, your friendly neighborhood construction equipment salesman here at Norlift since June 2021. But let me tell you, my journey in the construction business spans many years, with a wealth of experience in everything from concrete forming to tilt-up projects. Outside of work, I'm a family man through and through, happily married to my wonderful wife, Tierney, and blessed with two amazing kids. When I'm not on the job, you can find me outdoors, whether I'm hunting, fishing, or simply soaking up quality time with my loved ones and our pets.
- Diane McDonald, Warehouse Solutions Consultant
I came to Norlift in January of 2020 from parts sales in the packaging machinery industry. I have thoroughly enjoyed learning the racking and warehouse products industry and being a part of this great team of people and working with our incredible customers. When I am not with my Norlift family, I am busy with my amazing little girl and going on all kinds of “adventures” with her.
- Holly Prosser, Human Resources Manager
I graduated from WSU with a B.A. and double majored in Human Resources and Management Operations. I spent 7 years as an HR Generalist/Director for a small business in the Spokane area. After having a second child I decided to be a stay-at-home mother for 7 years. I now have 3 younger children and re-entered the workforce in 2022. On the weekends you can find my family cheering each other on at youth sports events, exploring outside, or cooking/baking. We love to take family trips every year and try not to visit the same place twice.
- Heath Sande, Warehouse Solutions Consultant & Territory Manager of Allied Products
I have been in the Industry since January 2003- I was with Norlift from 2003-2010 and have been back Since November 2012. I have been outside sales the entire time and been involved with our installation team as well. I really enjoy getting to see the different industries our customers service and how they make the things they make. I am a native North Idahoan and love living in the Northwest. I like to go camping, fishing, and hunting as most people here do. I am also very involved in 4H as a leader, parent and Swine Superintendent and was an active Scout leader when my son was part of Boy Scouts.
- Colin Seeds, Service Writer
I started my career in the US Navy as a submarine equipment mechanic, after separating from the Navy I worked as a hydraulic and equipment technician for 9 years before joining Norlift in August of 2022. I’ve been married to my wife Tiffany for 12 years and we have two wonderful kids currently in elementary school, Braden and Adelynn. I love the outdoors and exploring. We spend a lot of our time in the summer taking road trips, camping, and boating as a family, other hobbies include dirt biking, hunting, and small arms. I’m very happy to be a part of the Norlift family.
- Joe Shosky, Service Biller
I joined the Norlift family in late summer of 2021. Prior to my arrival, I had been in the grocery business for nearly 22 years. 15 of those years were in the meat department. Of those 15 years, 10 were spent as the Meat Department Manager. Due to the COVID pandemic, this gave our family the opportunity to move from the west side of the state to Spokane. Here I enjoy spending time with the family, bowling and camping.
- Sue, Controller
When I was 7 years old, my parents started Norlift (my dad is pictured in the middle). I began working part-time when I was 16, doing paperwork for the service department after school and in the summers. I switched to a full-time employee in 1981, besides my 6-year break in the early 1990's when my kids were young, I have worked for Norlift ever since. I have worked many jobs at Norlift over the years, including shipping and receiving, parts counter, parts manager, service billing, sales coordinator, administrative assistant, accounts receivable and accounts payable. I have been in my current role as a financial controller since the fall of 2014.
My hobbies include spending time with my family, which includes my husband, 6 children and their spouses, and my 9 grandchildren. I also enjoy camping, biking, travel, reading and quilting.
- Mike Swann, Forklift Equipment Salesman
Norlift hired me November 2003 to be the Western Montana outside sales Territory for Allied Products, CSS and Toyota Forklift Service. In 2010, Norlift asked me to take on an additional territory (North Idaho-Eastern Washington) Outside Sales Territory for Allied Products. In the summer of 2016, I was promoted to Forklift Equipment Sales over the same territory I was currently managing.
My tenure with Norlift is years, in return you get a very experienced salesperson well versed in Equipment Sales, Allied Products, Warehouse Product Storage and Flow.
- Janelle Weidman, Sales Coordinator
I started working on the Norlift team in October of 2019. Prior to that I worked part time in admin for an environmental engineering firm. Most of my skill set however, comes from the 18 years I spent as a stay-at-home mom. Nothing will better prepare you for a busy work environment like two small children! In my free time I like hanging out with those not-so-small-now kids, Jack, 20 and Ava, 16 along with my husband of 21 years, Jason. I also very much enjoy cycling and watching (good) movies.
