We recently found out that we would be taking over the printing at The Spokesman-Review. The timing couldn’t have been more chaotic—this news came just as I was heading out on vacation down south. I had never been responsible for installing or moving warehouse racks before, so I honestly didn’t even know where to start.
While riding in the back of an Uber, I found Norlift and reached out. To my surprise, I got an immediate call from Heath Sande. In no time, Heath jumped in and helped us come up with a solid plan—within just two hours. He didn’t just go along with the existing blueprints our management had drawn up; instead, he took the time to carefully measure our entire plant and quickly pointed out that the original plan wouldn’t work.
I know Heath usually shows up in a polo shirt, but in our eyes, he might as well have been wearing a cape. The ideas and insights he brought to the table completely changed the game. His recommendations made a real, tangible difference in the layout and functionality of our warehouse. I can’t thank him enough for his expertise, professionalism, and the calm confidence he brought to what was a very stressful situation for us.
Then came Julian Blair and his crew. I might be dating myself here, but watching them work reminded me of the construction workers from the old show Fraggle Rock—they got the job done, did it well, and had great attitudes the whole way through. Julian and his team were relentless, upbeat, and incredibly efficient.
I couldn’t be more pleased to have connected with the folks at Norlift. You’ve earned a customer for life—we’ll be using your team for all our forklift and racking needs moving forward.
