SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in the Norlift SMS messaging program. By providing your mobile phone number and expressly opting in to receive SMS messages from Norlift, you agree to these Terms.
SMS Program
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Norlift, you consent to receive text messages regarding:
Product inquiries
Quote requests
Equipment demo requests
Promotional offers and special offers
Marketing communications related to our products and services
Other information relevant to your interactions with Norlift
Your consent to receive marketing text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Norlift.
How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Norlift by checking the SMS consent box on one of our website forms or by otherwise providing your express consent to receive text messages.
Message Frequency

Opting Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Norlift.
After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. Once your opt-out request is processed, you will no longer receive SMS marketing messages from Norlift unless you choose to opt in again.
Eligibility
By enrolling in the Norlift SMS program, you represent that you are the authorized user of the mobile phone number provided or have permission from the authorized user to enroll that number.
Supported Carriers
SMS message delivery is subject to your wireless carrier's network availability. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Information collected through our SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We use your mobile phone number solely to provide the SMS communications you have requested. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
