Pay Raises – Norlift stays in alignment with industry benchmarks and market trends when it comes to compensation. Cost of living increases and merit-based raises are given as earned. Direct deposit is available and pays all employees bi-weekly.

Paid Time Off – Norlift offers paid time off to all team members. It can be used for either vacation or sick leave. Your accrual rate increases the longer you are with us.

Health Insurance – Norlift pays most of employee medical/dental/vision premiums and around half the premium costs for your family. We also offer insurance for short term disability, long term disability, and life. An employee assistance program (EPA) is offered at no charge.

Retirement Plan – Norlift provides both Traditional 401k and Roth 401k options for team members with a discretionary employer match.

Holidays – Norlift offers 6 paid holidays to full time employee’s each year: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
