DRIVE AXLE | The forklift features a heavy-duty drive axle, two-speed deceleration, wet brakes, and hydraulic release spring action parking brake for safe and reliable operation.

CUMMINS DIESEL ENGINE | Hangcha uses the powerful Cummins diesel engine in our pneumatic tire forklifts. The Cummins engine is Tier 4F compliant. The engine uses common rail fuel systems, diesel oxidation catalysts (DOC), and diesel particulate filters (DPF) to meet the Tier 4F compliance. This engine helps the Hangcha forklifts maximize their efficiency and reliability for the end-user.

SAFETY | Great visibility reduces hidden safety hazards caused by blind corners while the forklift is being operated. The spindle and hydraulic self-locking mechanisms are used to connect the cab to the vehicle frame. When the electric or manual hydraulic pump is started, the hydraulic lock is automatically opened and at the same time, the hydraulic cylinder at the bottom of the cab sticks out so that the cab is tilted sideways over the center of gravity, improving the dimension. The optional front and rearview camera systems (with optional memory), improve visibility and increase operational safety.

FLOATING CAB & GREAT VISIBILITY | The new floating cabin is designed to promote comfort and safety for the operator. The cab offers a waterproof and dustproof design to keep the operator out of the elements. The cab also designed to reduce the noise coming in the cabin. The air conditioner has been redesigned to enable better performance and more uniform cabin cooling. The interior features molded components to provide the operator with a more comfortable and ergonomic operating environment. The cab also features a new integral frame made up of steel to increase strength and safety. Finally, the cab and the forklift’s profile have been optimized to increase visibility and enable the operator to see all around the truck.

SAFETY | • A wide range of technology is applied to ensure absolute safety for both the operator and those in the vicinity. • There’s an energy accumulator in the braking system. This allows for the brakes to continue to function after the engine is shut off. • There is a locking mechanism found on the engine hood, damper, and parking brake for the operator’s safety. • The Operator Presence Sensing System incorporates a lifting, tilting, and traveling stop function. When the operator leaves the seat, the system automatically locks the lifting/tilting functions and disables the forklift from traveling to ensure safety. • The throttling device locks the mast in place if there is a hydraulic failure. This adds to the operational safety of the truck.

PRODUCTIVITY | • Thanks to a series of technological innovations, the efficiency of the truck is improved and energy consumption is reduced. • By optimizing the transmission design, the engineers were able to increase the maximum driving speed by 20% • The new efficient lighting system uses LEDs and a new type of reflector to reduce energy consumption. This significantly improves illumination performance while also prolonging operation time. • The new dynamic load sensing hydraulic steering system requires 15% less hydraulic oil while providing a 15% increase in lifting speed.

EASY TO MAINTAIN | • Designed for easy inspection and servicing. The XF Series’ quick and easy maintenance reduces downtime and operational costs. • The location of the air filter allows for easy reach and replacement when the filter needs to be changed. • The brake drum is installed outside of wheel hub allowing for easy removal and installation of the brake shoes. • The engine oil level dipstick, hydraulic filter, and water separator are easy to reach and allow for easy maintenance. • The gas spring support for the front cover of the radiator auto-opens when the rear cover of the radiator is opened.
