Description
AP2000
MBW’s AP2000 was the first vibratory plate compactor built specifically for asphalt work. Frequency, amplitude, centrifugal force and machine weight are all dialed in for maximum productivity on asphalt. It is powered by a Honda GX160 engine.
The AP2000 is a 20 inch plate built for the punishment that comes with the job. Its stress-relieved steel plate resists cracking and holds up for the long haul. The aluminum exciter housing sheds heat quickly, and custom lubricants help protect bearings and seals. A self-cleaning plate helps keep dirt and material from building up around the belt and pulley system.
