We sell and service Toyota and Doosan forklifts, JCB construction equipment, industrial shelving systems, automation for warehouses and much more. Job Summary and Expectations:

The Inside Construction sales and rental position works in conjunction with our outside sales rep and coordinators to sell, and rent new and used construction equipment and attachments, as well as other product offerings. One of the most important parts of this role is building and then maintaining strong customer relationships through superior customer service. This position takes a consultative sales approach, educating and advising customers to ultimately assist them in making the right choice for their business. 

 

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Sells and rents our Construction line, as well as our other powered industrial equipment.

·         First up responding to walk in customers and marketing sales leads.

·         Responds to customer rental needs in a timely manner.

·         Actively generates leads.

·         Initiates digital and verbal communication with customers within assigned territory for the purpose of conducting sales, creating strong customer relationships, and building customer loyalty.

·         Follows up on sales and rental leads received from a variety of sources.

·         Serves as product knowledge expert in dealings with customers and NORLIFT staff.

·         Assists in finding and acquiring good used inventory.

Job Type: Full-time (Non-Exempt)

Compensation: $24-$27/hr

Schedule: Monday to Friday
