OPERATOR COMFORT |
• While developing the XF Series, comfort and ease of operation were carefully considered. The engineers decreased vibration levels by using a compound engine damper and full-floating seat and cabin. The forklift was made more comfortable because a comfortable operator leads to increased operational productivity.
• The foot space is now 30% wider to significantly reduce operator fatigue. The new wide, non-slip step makes getting in and out of the forklift safe and easy.
• The easy-to-operate levers provide total load handling operation. The armrest is provided to reduce fatigue. The optional electro-hydraulic proportional control system gives the forklift the ability to make load handling more sensitive and precise.
• In addition to the soft landing system, the soft lifting system is adopted (front lifting cylinders of the full free lift 2 & 3 stage masts). As a result, the noise and shock of the mast significantly decrease when lowering materials.
• The mast was redesigned to provide broad forward visibility. This was done by increasing the distance between the inside of the mast by 2.34″ |

• The brake and steering hydraulic systems are separated to prevent interference between eachother. By using the dynamic load sensing steering system, the forklift is easier to operate and more energy efficient. |
EASY TO MAINTAIN |
• Designed for easy inspection and servicing. The XF Series’ quick and easy maintenance reduces downtime and operational costs.
• The location of the air filter allows for easy reach and replacement when the filter needs to be changed.
• The engine oil level dipstick, hydraulic filter, and water separator are easy to reach and allow for easy maintenance.
• The gas spring support for the front cover of the radiator auto-opens when the rear cover of the radiator is opened. |

ENVIRONMENTALLY EFFICIENT | North American EPA Certified Engine - The GCT GK25 engine is in compliance with the EPA/CARB Tier 2 emissions standards. Although it meets these standards, the engine still has the power and torque to get the job done. This engine is also electronically controlled to increase the fuel economy and the reliability of the trucks.
LED Light System - LED lights are used throughout the entire truck. The lights are energy-efficient, have a longer service life, and offer a significant increase in performance.

RELIABILITY |
New Integrated Fuse Box - The next generation of integrated fuse box has been added to the truck. It offers a better layout, ease of service and maintenance, and is waterproof. The entire truck is equipped with waterproof connectors to increase the electronics’ reliability.
Reliable Hydraulic System - The hydraulic system has a longer service life and an increase in efficiency thanks to the optimized hydraulic breather structure with a built-in return oil filter and the load-sensing hydraulic steering system.
Optimized Cooling System - The cooling system has been designed to maximize cooling and increase the reliability of the engine when working under heavy loads. This system uses an aluminum radiator, an independent oil cooler, an optimized heat transfer channel, and a dual-hole counterweight to increase cooling efficiency.
Steering Axle - The steering axle uses large conical bearings on the master pin, buffer blocks, and a large-diameter steering cylinder to substantially increase the reliability and service life of the steering system.
Tilt-Back LP Bracket - The tilt-back cylinder holder makes replacing the LPG cylinder and opening the maintenance hatch for service easy. |
SAFETY |
High-Strength Overhead Guard - The overhead guard is fabricated with specially shaped steel tubes to increase its structural rigidity and strength. It is also designed to be easily disassembled and reassembled for repairs. The guard features a flexible connection between it and the chassis to decrease vibrations. All of these features are responsible for increased operator safety and comfort.
Maintenance Hatch with a Safety Latch - The maintenance hatch opens wide enough to provide easy serviceability of key components. The safety latch prevents the hatch from compromising operator safety when using the truck. |

Ergonomic Design - The small diameter, adjustable steering wheel, electro-hydraulic steering, and the combination switch increase the ease of operation and operator comfort substantially.

Large LCD Instrument Panel - The instrument display is made up of a 4″ color LCD screen with four interactive buttons and one CAN bus communication function. The communication protocol is compatible with CANopen and SAE J1939 standards.
Panoramic Rearview Mirror - The panoramic rearview mirror allows the operator to have wider rear visibility when operating the forklift.

• The diesel version uses a CUMMINS engine QSF2.8T4F that complies with Tier 4 Final control regulation.
